Returns and Refunds
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost
importance to the Wholesale Planes team. If you are in any way
dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will
happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the
products are returned to us in a saleable unused, as new
condition, in their original packaging. Terms and conditions
apply.
Making a Return
If you wish to return a
product to us simply complete the
Returns Form and put it with the returning item in an
envelope, return by courier transport ensuring the box provided
is not marked or scarred in any way. Send it to the address on
