Transit Care:
Each and every product is inspected prior to leaving our premises and
being handed over to the delivery agent for its final journey to
you. In most instances models come ready packaged in a bi or
tri-walled packing case. This is usually quite adequate enough to
ensure your goods reach you in a first class condition. The
package is then wrapped with brown paper and strapped securely with
adhesive tape.
To ensure you are
guaranteed a quality undamaged product we offer "Transit Care" we
emphasise greatly that this is not an insurance policy against transit
damage but an additional service provided by our company to reduce any
damage that may occur whilst in transit. Transit Care means that
in addition to our normal packaging process that we are sure is
sufficient enough, we enclose it in yet another tri-wall packing case,
pack any venerable items with foam and secure it with tape to ensure
your product does not move whilst it is being transported to you.
The cost levied against this services is just £5.00 inc vat per delivery.
This means you can be assured the product you buy reaches you in a 100%
condition. Please let us know if you wish to receive this
additional service.
Postal Losses:
If items are considered to be lost or damaged whilst on their way to
you, you must await confirmation from the postal/courier services used,
confirm that the parcel has been officially lost. Please allow 72 hours before contacting us to advise that an
order has not been received. We will be able to supply a tracking number
(if the order was over £20) to ascertain the current delivery schedule.

100% of the time, but should you receive any product not of an
acceptable standard you must contact Kalm Services (UK) Ltd within 7
days of receipt, this applies to new products only. The customer is
responsible for returning the product in its original packaging to Kalm
Services (UK) Ltd within 10 days of receipt of goods. Complaints outside
the scope of these terms and conditions will be inspected by an
independent assessing engineer. Transit expenses for delivery and return
are the responsibility of the customer. Returns
